Songstress Paula Holloway, a Native Philadelphian, has been described by the Philadelphia Inquirer as “a standout among standouts!” She performed as a regular guest with The Philly Pops, and now is a shining star with The NoName Pops of Philadelphia. Paula is also a lead singer with UGO, and heads her band, Generations’ Soul Scion!! Paula has sung for years in the churches of Philadelphia, on the stage in productions ranging in diversity from “A Soulful Christmas,” Dorothy in “The Wiz,” and a featured Psalmist in “The Gospel at Colonus,” an ancient Greek tragedy!! Paula’s gospel-tinged sound fills the room with power and vibrancy, whatever the venue. She has proven to be one of Philly’s premier sought-after Soloists. She has worked worldwide as a touring vocalist, writer, studio session singer, and Vocal Arranger. Paula has recorded or toured with world-class musicians, including Anita Baker, Patti LaBelle, Regina Belle, Teddy Pendergrass, Phyllis Hyman, Lou Rawls, Stephanie Mills, Billy Paul, Tyrese, Peabo Bryson, and many more.
